We just had one of the worst experiences ever at this couche tard. My bf has been going to this couche tard for years. 2 nights... ago we went in and the staff was sleeping. My bf tries to wake him up for almost 5mins (5 full mins with no sucess - to be ableto pay for his items). Another employee walk in from the back and to wake him up. The clerk wakes up with an attitude andstart yelling at my bf because it was Ramadan and he was tired. My bf was trying to tell him that he could have gotten robbedfor sleeping on the job. This clerk still has an attitude. Clerk follows him outside and what happens next was extremelyunfortunate and we plan on filing a suit against couche tard and their employee. I would appreciate it if couche tard couldcontact me to try and resolve this issue. Store manger is useless and Customer service does not answer their phones .This isstarting to get really frustrating. Read more

Haven't had a problem here until today: I was in line to make my purchase and the last in front of me was buying 2 cold... Starbucks coffee fraps which has stickers indicating that they were 2 for 5$. When they were rung up the price did not reflectthis. The two cashiers told the lady that she had to paid pay the price listed on the scanner. She agreed and decided to buyonly one because she didn't have enough money. At this point I interjected and told them that they in fact were required tocharge her the lower of the two prices as per the consumer protection act. One of the cashiers then took me to the other cash toring me up and argued with me and told me that a customer must have moved the sticker. I said maybe, but obviously not thislady, and told him he still has to give her the better price. These cashiers need to be better trained in understanding consumerrights and good customer service. Some staff member say hi depending on the way they perceive you. Especially the arab guy on night shifts no hi no thanks nothing... that guy just don't care about costumers. Send a mystery costumer there on night shift and you gonna find out ! Read more

Been going here for years. Store staff is always friendly with me. Only ever had 1 bad experience with a new employee a long... time ago. Who no longer works there (I think he worked there for less than a week before I never saw him again). Otherreviewer's comment: "Loaded with people and very sketchy individuals hand around the area at night." That's the area. Hasnothing to do with the business. The two arab guy who works at night are rude and dont even give your change. Their job is easy but they can't even do it... correctly. I dont know why they hired people like them! They don't even care about customers. Read more
