I never had a problem with this McDonald?s before in my 5 years in the area Today the two people who were taking orders at the... drive through were rude. They did not even mention that maybe the microphone was not working. Instead they made us repeat ourorder several times. Thanks to the person in front who took care of our order. However, I?d like to highlight, the two peoplemade my mom feel like her english or french was not good and she felt offended. Not a single apology came from those employeesbut at least their colleague was able to do so. At the pick up spot we saw the two people taking orders from the drive through.They would look at us without even apologizing for hurting a customer or offending one. Very poor customer service. After ordering and paying for a coffee and muffin, was advised no muffins available. So I took the... coffee, didn't want to wait for muffin refund as drive thru was was really backed up. Only to find out coffee with cream notmilk as ordered. Had to pour down the drain, can't drink cream. Small order nothing right. Reflects on management. Read more
