If you order a miso soup consider it again because it?s just boiling water with similar sea food but the miso itself tastes... nothing like it should. Just hot water? EDIT: After my review sushi shop emailed me and resolved the issue professionally with0 problem. I respect them for that reason. I ordered via sushi shop Uber eats, and I had the order ready for pick up, and the Uber eats driver picked it up and said it... wasn't able to deliver when it was on its way. Very poor communication with the driver and as well as sushi shop. Not impressed by their service. Read more
Food quality was excellent, but service was terrible. I ordered in advance and they made me wait more than 30 minutes after they... said I should arrive. They misplaced parts of my order and I had to keep asking for these to be prepared, then wait, then remindthem again, then wait, then remind them. No apologies, or caring from the staff in any way. I had a scheduld pick up and upon arrival the food wasn't ready. The cashier kept on telling me told that it would be ready... soon. After 1 hr wait the food was finally ready. She said sorry for the wait and that's it. I would expect a more sincereappology and they should of put a rush considering they were extremely late. Other clients were behind and got their food beforeme. I would expect that they would provide some kind of compensation and a more sincere apology. Very disappointed at theservice. Read more

I always enjoyed coming here to pick up sushi from the ready-made selection in the fridge. Last time I went, the lady stopped me... from picking up the item I wanted I assume because of covid. This is the only place in town that won?t let you pick up theproducts you?d like to see yourself. I want to look through the selection for what I want like I would at any store. The prices in the menu is different compared to the amount charged in the bill. That shouldn't be allowed.
