I ordered ice cap but she gave me ice coffee i i told her ice cap and she answered me loud No i heard coffee ,dont argue anymore... i took it and pay with d rest of my order .What an attitude no manners rude.Never again !Happen today 08/04/22 2:30 drive thru.ihave my friend with me and she says unbelievable. The staff were very very slow. Were the only customer inside and one drive-thru. It took 10 mins. For a chicken soup.
Used to be 24/7 but not anymore. A bit dirty due to lack of employment i guess, as they are really hard working employees and... can't do it all. Read more

Absolutely worst service of any store; When I called to complain about a rock hard biscuit today (Ti-matin), the manager... insisted I bring it back for a refund. He even offered double. The problem is that I am at work and cannot leave; I asked thathe give me a credit for 1 sandwich and he insisted I bring it back which he knew was impossible for me. This biscuit was made atbest yesterday and they use take out to get rid of old inventory; more like an old, old scone than a biscuit; very dry :( Read more
