Since going online with orders and the pizza portal (self service), the errors have stopped and quality have greatly improved. I... prefer using the portal and get a text message when the food is ready to pickup. Read more

We ordered a large pizza with ham, pineapple, mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese and sauce on July 31st for takeout and were told it... would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband got there at the time stated. We live 5 minutes from the store and ate it right away.But it was very obvious that the pizza was overbaked because the ham was like straw, the mushrooms stringy and the crust was sodried out it was very hard to chew. It also strongly suggests that a pizza already baked for quick take out was used andrebaked with the items we ordered. We usually get a decent pizza when we order but this was extremely disappointing. I wouldlike to be proven wrong. Read more
