Where do I begin. My family and I were in town from Louisiana vacationing in Tennessee. As we were traveling down Hwy 441 my... hubby noticed this nice restaurant with such a breathtaking view. Fast forward he entered the establishment and spoke with sucha nice person that made sure our first time was definitely going to allow us to be back not knowing we were going to spend ourThanksgiving again with such a wonderful, and friendly staff. Hats off to Melissa she was our waitress that took care of us andmost of all my daughter whom has Cerebral Palsy. We will definitely make this restaurant number 1 on our list when we visitagain in Gatlinburg. Melissa you rock!!!! Read more

We made reservations, but even without them could have just walked right in and be sat immediately. The hostess was very nice,... the restaurant and restroom were both extremely clean. Clearly a family friendly environment. The grits...amazing! Everythingelse though... The calamari was just ok. Nothing exciting. The crab stuffed (picture) was lacking seasoning. Couldn't eat it.The cucumber salad was lacking as well. My daughter ordered a steak medium well and though it WAS medium well, it was extremelychewy and full of gristle. The server came to check on us (don't get me started on her) saw 3 FULL plates and just tried topush desert. Didn't ask if anything was wrong. Wasn't my decision, but I wouldn't have paid for the meal. Buyer beware. Read more

Had a short wait of not even 10 minutes. Waitress was super nice. Gator bites were fresh and tasted good. We had the fish tacos,... grilled shrimp tacos, shrimp alfredo, and the kids shrimp platter. Everything was fresh and we didn't wait long for the food tocome. The fish tacos were good--a little spicy, but not overpowering. The shrimp tacos were a little on the sweet side, butgood. My only complaint is the portion. The 3 of us that got tacos were still hungry afterwards. We would go back again. Read more

On our first visit to Harpoon Harry?s we arrived at 2pm and got seated immediately. The menu is pretty large! We ordered the... bread basket for $6. The honey butter was good, but the bread was just okay. I ordered the blackened shrimp Cobb salad and myhusband ordered the grouper platter. Both were very good! The servings were large and we didn?t have room for dessert. Ourserver was very friendly and did a great job! Read more

Our server did a amazing job..she was friendly, quick to take order, and offered her suggestions on what to try. The... restaurant was clean, and not very busy. The food was a little bland, and could definitely use better seasoning. The portionswere ok.... My biggest gripe was the food came out lukewarm, but the ates were hot= most likely from sitting under a heat lampfor far too long Read more

Military discount, outdoor dining with fans, indoor dining available. Clean multiple bathroom stalls and sinks. Handicapped... friendly parking and entrance. Wood carved seating and design decor. Large bar, friendly and quick service. Little less baconand more seafood in the Mac and cheese though. Good drinks. Good portion sizes. No wait on a Monday night. Read more

Skip this place and go to red lobster instead. First of all, the price was HIGH for what we received. You pay for dinner only,... no offering of salad or bread with your meal, if you want that you pay out extra. My husband ordered fish and chips($18) it was3 pcs of cod (?) Which tasted okay, but were brown inside. He added a side of shrimp (4/$9) we had to peel the breading off, itwas thick and hard (break a tooth hard). I ordered scallops that came with risotto and asparagus. ($35) there were 7-8 small -mid sized scallops that were delicious but the risotto was bland and asparagus okay. So with our sodas our meal was almost $80,I was not expecting low prices, but I expected better quality and was surprised they did not offer a salad or some rolls alongwith the meal for the price. I added some pics, but forgot to take pics of the scallops. Just not a good value, we were actuallyhungry a couple of hours later. On the plus side, our server was awesome! Our ticket said Melanie1, she was very friendly anddid a great job! Read more
