We were a party of 5 & the restaurant was packed. I put my name on the list to wait for a regular table as 4 of us had been... there once before & sat at the hibachi table but there was over an hour wait. Once seated I told the waiter it was my daughter?sbirthday & he nodded that he understood. He never said what, if anything, they do for birthdays. To start our meal we ordered 3sushi rolls for the table as you see in the photo. I?m not sure why but not one of the sushi pieces could be picked up withoutit falling apart! Very disappointed in that. The rice wasn?t sticky was our guess. We all ordered different types of hibachi & Irequested ?broccoli only, well done? which it wasn?t & I sent it back but when it was brought back to the table it was still notcooked the way I wanted it so I just didn?t eat it. What a waste of time, MY TIME. We'd heard what a great restaurant this was but such a disappointment!! It started out really... good but then went downhill! I really can't complain about the food because what we did recieve was good. However, the Mrs.ordered the Goyza and California rolls and I ordered the Hibachi Chicken well the Chicken never came out the Mrs ate her foodwhile I waited for any sign that mine would soon arrive. I did try a couple of her sushi rolls and a goyza but finally gave up.Told the gut at checkout to just ring up what they brought my wife! He said but yours is coming out and I told him he had 30minutes to get mine out, ring up what I said or I'll walk out without paying anything. He did what I ordered him to do! I love hibachi...and this place is great! The chef we had was really friendly, we went at a not real busy time and only had 3/4... of the table full. Food was great, still large portions for lunch. I ordered what I thought was a shrimp tempura roll...turnsout it was just shrimp tempura, quite a bit different than what I had ever had. It was pretty good, the shrimp was huge.
