Great BBQ place. Food is delicious and staff is friendly. I usually get the smoked meatloaf but they were sold out, which... indicates how good it is. This was actually a bonus because I then got to try the Chicken fried Chicken with gravy... Awesome. Read more

Puckett's is always a good choice and this one in Pigeon Forge is no exception. Food was good and service was good. I didn't... care for the fact that your order is placed as you enter the building rather than being taken at the table by your server. Thesmoked meatloaf is always a good choice. The skillet mack and cheese left a little to be desired but all in all everything wasgood. I always enjoy the live music at Puckett's as well. Read more

We came here on a weekday right after they opened. The woman at the front where you order was very nice. She explained... everything to us and made recommendations. You order and then sit down and then they bring the food to you. It was good! Thefood just took a while I think because we were one of the first customers. The restaurant was clean. Food wasn't greasy. Thesauce was good. Read more

We ordered online for take out, the staff was friendly, location nice and clean, but our order was not ready at the pick up... time. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, I expected the staff to at least offer us something complimentary for the long waittime, maybe a soda or dessert. However, once we received our food, our order was correct and food looked delicious. We reallyenjoyed the brisket it had good flavor and texture also the chicken and pulled pork was good. The ribs were good, but my leastfavorite, they could have been more tender. The potato Salad was made different from what I'm use to, but was really good. Iwould recommend this location. Read more

After living in Nashville for several years and then moving away, I was EXCITED to see Puckett's in Pigeon Forge! I was so... excited that I twisted my partner's arm a bit and convinced him that we should go out of our way to make the extra stop for alunch on our way out of town. And then... We had to order at the counter and pay. He paid and tipped. And then....we realizedthat not only do you order at the counter, you get a nice paper cup for your beverage, and you get to serve yourself. The onlything a "server" does, is bring your food from the kitchen and give you some flatware. He even commented that he shouldn't havetipped if he had known this was the way things were. We were disappointed with the new concept design for sure. Then the foodcame. It wasn't what I remembered from Nashville. I had the smoked half chicken and the skin was crispy and tasty, but that wasthe best part of it. Parts of the breast were so dried out they weren't edible. My dogs got a chicken jerky treat when wefinally got home. My partner ordered the whiskey chicken. He was very disappointed with what arrived at the table for the pricehe'd paid. The green beans were shelly and stringy. Shells I can handle, but the strings are a huge turn off. We enjoyed themacaroni and cheese skillet, but it fell kind of flat. Salt and pepper helped. 45 seconds under the broiler before it was servedwould have made an enormous difference. We left with full bellies, but for the price we paid, we would have expected betterquality and sit down service. I doubt I will ever visit a Puckett's again if this is the way they're set up now. We visited here with a crew of eight on three separate checks. Service was quick and cheerful The hostess and wait staff were... friendly and quick with assistance. I had the catfish filet and my wife had the whiskey chicken. Both meals and the sides werespot on. The fish in particular was flaky and had just the right amount of breading. The corn cake wasn't all I'd hoped forthough. For dessert, our table shared the banana pudding, fried brownie sundae, and the cinnamon roll bread pudding. I can'trecommend the bread pudding highly enough! Make sure to save enough room for it! Read more

I came and visited while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. I've been here before but the structure of the restaurant had changed... since last year. Instead of ordering at your table with a waiter, you ordered and paid when you first walked in the door atthe cashier counter. There was a huge wall menu posted. It fell very different considering you really couldn't sit and justponder over the menu before making a selection (there's so much to choose from). What I really wanted was to big of a dish(fried chicken plate-4 big pieces of chicken) for one person in my opinion. I also wanted all wings instead of the breast, wing, thigh and leg. Cashier told me that accommodation could not be done. I was disappointed because I don't eat dark meat. So when I explained to the cashier what I wanted in a smaller size (fried chicken), she recommended another dish without thegravy. You got your own drink. The food was very delicious!!! I also ordered the cobbler of the day with ice cream. It wassweet with a buttery crust. It just melted in your mouth with the ice cream. Plus the food was in big portions. All of it wasseasoned to perfection. I was well pleased!! Fernando was one of the workers who was very friendly and had amazing customerservice. He ensured I had everything I needed! I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's in my top 3 for Pigeon Forge! Read more

Delicious fried chicken, collard greens, and green beans. Definitely will come back for this! Rustic cabin look interior makes... this a relaxing place to be. Great service. Only downside was seeing the dish scrapping station located near the dining area. Read more
