Drive thru was packed so we went inside. Ordered one iced coffee and one sandwich this morning. Received the coffee with no... whipped cream, but somewhat quickly as they were busy. They had a full staff of employees and yet there were people who hadplaced their order an hour and a half prior who still didn't have their food. We asked for an update on our food 10 minutesafter it was ordered, was told it hadn't even been pulled yet. The gentleman working the sandwiches was doing his best and had agood attitude, but he was positively floundering and getting lost in the amount of tickets. We had to ask for our sandwich 3times before it was received. It took 35 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we received the sandwich. There needs tobe some additional training on time management skills for this team; 75% of the time we were waiting and watching, there were nosandwiches even in the oven. Oh we love us some Starbucks , right? Who in their ever loving mind doesn?t like caffeine, ( I?ll wait) none right ! So since we... all love our get up and go juice , Starbucks is a great place to get them, however not every Starbucks is born equally , somemake drinks better than others , that?s a fact , and this one made their drinks perfect not too strong not too weak and justright in temperature, so stop reading this already and get up and go and get you some caffeine already, happy trails ,???? I love this Starbucks store! It's in a Bavarian themed building close to lots of attractions in Pigeon Forge. The staff are... amazing. As a local, this Starbucks location is my favorite. Read more
I ordered ahead and picked up our drinks at the counter -- both were ready in just a few minutes (5 minutes or so). The store is... clean and has ample space to sit and relax. Read more
Had to ask the staff 3 times to make my order. Nearly 30-40 people went but got same thing. 24 min for a coffee and egg... sandwich. No apology, no recognition of their missing my order 3 times. Maybe spend more time on operations versus writingsticky notes about being happy and how smiles spread love. If you actually just focused on good service, people would be happy Read more
The service at this location is very poor. I spent $22.00, i waited 35 minutes for my order and I left without my breakfast... because I was traveling that day and I needed to be at North Carolina at specific time. I lost my money. They simply have nointerest on making things faster. There was only one girl that had the right attitude and great personality to make thingsfaster and with a smile. I wish I remember her name , I just remember she had like blue hair or something. The rest were notawake yet. Read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. If you are on any sort of timeline or at a minimum value your time, DON'T go to this... location. This was my 3rd time this year going to this Starbucks, and every time I received the same experience: waited longerthan 30 minutes for a hot tea and a breakfast sandwich. The wait staff was unapologetic about the massive backlog of orders theyhad. Many customers waited even longer than I did. If it's understaffed, Starbucks corporate needs to step in. This has beengoing on for far too long. As I say this, I have been in the restaurant and customer service industries, so I understand peaktime demands. The employees at this location should be trained properly and their managers should be staffing accordingly. Weall get it - some days aren't perfect. But this happens every time I've been, and other recent Google reviewers all have thesame thing to say. Yes it's "just coffee" (as one of the employees literally said to another as the lobby was jam packed fullof people waiting), but Starbucks has built an empire around "just coffee" and our time is extremely valuable.
