First actual bad interaction I?ve had at Starbucks in general. I mobile ordered ahead and I go in and go to the pickup side... where one should usually go to pick up. I?m from out of state and in mine usually they ask who you are picking up for in caseit?s ready, they did not. I get there and the lady working there said in a rude tone you have to order over there, so I said Ihave a mobile order for such and such name and she rudely points to an order that?s behind the counter and says nothing else atall. 1 I?m not going to just reach into your space because that?s rude and I hate it when people do that at my job. 2 I?m notjust going to grab an order not knowing if it?s mine or not because sometimes they have to remake it once you take it and itwastes product. 3 how am I supposed to know that?s mine when none of the name labels are facing out of their area and it wasn?tcalled out (I was not there when it was called). It's insane how many times I've sat in the drive-thru line for 30+ minutes with a small number of cars in front of me. Do not... stop here if you're in a rush. Also, if they mess your drink up they get rude if they have to remake it. Read more

I have literally never seen a Starbucks that was so poorly run in all of my life. Put in a mobile order at 9:45am and did not... get drinks until 10:30am. Was also told that they were out of oatmeal (despite the app saying they had it) and that they wereunable to give me a refund. There were at least 30 other customers in the building all waiting on mobile orders and none of thestaff seemed to be doing anything. Just an AWFUL starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down the street in the FoodCity. Read more
