Just came from the New Waffle House and they wouldn?t take a to go order, they wasn?t busy at all . This is shameful.
Rita is the absolute best! Kind, attentive & seems like a stellar manager.
They made my scrambled eggs perfect and nothing was overcooked!
The staff was professional and friendly, the food was excellent and I enjoyed my conversations with the manager and our server.
It's a Waffle House, if you don't like it, you must be a miserable person
I went in the new Pike Road , Al store a week ago for a takeout and was turned down by the waitress because as she quoted ?I am... the only server here and don?t have time for a take out order!? There were 12 people in there sitting down eating which forwaffle House shouldn?t be very many! The funny thing is it would?ve been less hassle for her to take my take-out order. The cookwas just standing there doing absolutely nothing and actually looked at here kind of shocked when she said that. Unless you getbetter employees in there I will not be back! Read more
So glad they opened this location on Pike Road! They are currently operating on a limited schedule; but the customer service... and location are 5 stars alone! Nothing can beat a new waffle house smell ????! Read more
