I love it when sushi places have the sweet potato option, so that's what drew me here. There are other standard veggie roll... options that are fine, but definitely need the pink sauce that comes with it to elevate the flavor. There are definitely moreadventurous options on the meat and fish menu, of course, but if you're looking for a quick veggie bite, this place hits thespot. Read more
Love this place! Broccoli Poppers is a solid addition, and their Sushi is definitely Sakura, which Oxford Languages translates... to mean ' (Japanese) A flowering cherry tree'. As in, this Sushi is delicious and tastes like a cherry tree in blossom looks:You love it, and you are sad it's only there for a short time (because you eat it so fast). Was very pleased with the beautiful store decor and unbelievable service from staff! I can honestly say it’s the best... experience from any restaurant in Baltimore! Nice booth seating with partitions between for privacy! Great lunch special 2rolls+fries+soda for $18! Great place to bring a date. Delicious,scrumptious sushi. Read more
This was our first time at Sushi Sakura. The ambiance is perfect. It’s quaint and spacious with lovely decor. The service was... impeccable with very little wait time for our food. The food was divine! We ordered an egg drop soup, vegetable lo mein, onionrings, a salmon popper roll and a tango roll. The food was tasty and so so fresh! We topped off our dinner with fried ice creamwhich hit the spot. This restaurant tops all Kosher restaurants in the Pikesville area!!
