The building is falling down but who cares the food is great
I ordered extra cheese and didn't get it, the crust was hard. Won't be buying from there anymore
The downtown location is consistently late. The last time I ordered here I waited 30 minutes past when they told be to be there.... This time I gave them plenty of notice (1.5 hours) and I asked if I could pick up at 5:30. I get there at 5:30 and again, theytold me it would be a wait. I will be paying the extra for Pizza Hut next time I guess. Read more
Called for 15 minutes no answer. Had to drive all the way there to order. Once I got there I was told it was going to be 10 to... 15 minutes. I sat there for 30 minutes while 2 boys in the back were goofing off. While the manger also sat on her phone. Notone single hot and ready. Read more

Got 2 orders of crazy bread and they were hard as a brick,and got 1 cheese pizza an it didn't hardly have any cheese on it ,you... could see the dough. The other one was a pepperonies ,would have been good but it had a hair on/in it...also got an Italiancheese bread that didn't have any Italian season on it at all.. I had went to the bathroom When the lady came out I never did hear the hand dryer came on Mean while this lady has a bad cough... when I got to the front I notice this same lady coughing not even trying to cover her mouth I kept watching she never was aroundthe pizza the guy was making me this is the one in town of Pikeville KY store I have never saw anything like this wrong withother stories I will never be back to that one again Read more
