Love this location, the staff are super friendly. The managers go out of their way to keep drive thru time down and food quality... at its best. The employees greet you with a smile, are so polite and I rate the customer service at a 9.5 out of 10. Probablyone of the best McDonald's I have left a review for. I have been to this McDonald's 4 times since I have moved here in the last 7 days. Everytime I ordered the same thing!! #6 Sub... round egg Leg Diet add apple Fritter. Everytime they have to go through it 6 times on the screen because they want to charge me1.99 to a a round egg, then they just split the order up and not make it a meal, or they will just make it a Bacon instead ofsausage. Then On screen finally right go to window pay for it! I get it AND EVERYTIME IT IS WRONG. I WENT I AND TALKED withmanagement of course thier excuse we are short handed!! How hard is it to read a screen, put items on, then send it out,????Just asking!! Everytime. Today there were 5 people orders wrong that tells me that they don't care at this McDonald's and thatthe Manager doesn't care because they know about the problem. Read more
They really work hard here. Great service, nice atmosphere. They had messed up our order today and was very courteous and more... than apologetic about it and made it more than right! Five stars all the way! Read more
I have to say that was the first time in awhile we had been there most time takes forever to get order and the staff isn't the... friendly. But on this particular night was the best service ever fast and food was good and the young gentleman who took ourorder was polite and acted professional. Read more
