Service is good but the quality of the coffee is bad. Food is good but they do stop serving real food at 10:30 am.

We stopped two hours before close. It took a long time for someone to take our order. There were no lids for our drink cups,... nothing to put ketchup in, and no napkins. We got our food and had to search for a clean table. There were only two other peoplein the store. The French fries were cold and greasy. The hamburgers were under-cooked. When I went up to the counter to ask fornapkins, I had to wait almost 5 minutes for the person on counter to finish texting on her phone. The restrooms were also verydirty. Read more
