Pikeville Papa John's, there's so much to say and only so much space to complain with. This makes the 5th time in the 2 years... I've lived here that I've tried ordering a pizza and every single time, and I don't mean a couple but all 5 times who ever it isthat answers the phone cannot run a credit and if they happen to act like they run my card they say it's declined every time.Idk if they are doing this on purpose or don't wanna make the food or are just incompetent but it's ridiculous. This service at this place is usually very good. I don't know what happened today but whoever Chris is that is taking orders... over the phone, I waited on hold for you to find a card reader from 4:58pm until 5:14 before I hung up and called Pizza Hut.Then I get a call back at 5:16pm from Papa John's that I declined. Would give a 0 if I could. Quality at this location just does not exist. GM checks out customer then goes back over to counter... and start handling the pizza dough to begin preparing another pizza crust. Delivery drivers come back in restaurant from makingdelivery only to not wash their hands but will start handling the pizza boxes and placing food into boxes to be serve with dirtyhands. This location definitely needs ATTENTION to HYGEINE. They will either burn your food or rush it thru the oven to come outonly half done. I will never be back to this location again. Twice tried to order pizza from this location only to be told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. So that was fine I couldn't wait that... long and didn't order. A few weeks later I ordered as soon as the store opened the woman took my order and told me it would beready in 30 mins so when I go in the store to pick up my pizzas. The woman asks if I had the call in I say yes only to be toldthat she didn't make one of my pizzas because she didn't know what toppings was supposed to be on it even after taking my nameand number over the phone and me telling her what I wanted on it. One of our pizzas was great and the other awful. The woman even told me they had heard one up and were remaking it so I'm not... sure what happened there. I had a terrible time trying to pay for my online order. Their employees didn't know how to help mewith their online sight. I honestly don't understand why companys offer better deals when you order online and force people tocreate accounts and use their credit cards.. it makes no sense to charge double for calling in an order. They still have to makeit, deliver if preferred.. Read more
Closed on a Saturday at 7:30 P.M. Not really sure why but it seems ridiculous for such a large chain to be closed at this time.
