Three ppl working waited an hour ...ppl that is not customer service
Always out of something and equipment breaks down often.
Horror stories come out of this place and I'm appalled by how they treat their workers. The store often has one person working... while the others don't come in or take long breaks, leaving the line longer than most people should have to wait for theirmorning coffee, but also upsetting they'd leave workers to fend for themselves. One of the kiosk workers, one of the managers Ibelieve, even admitted to selling expired coffee. The quality of the product is fine, but not worth how they handle theiremployees. Read more
Lines are long and there's never more than two people working, the workers are amazing but they need more help.
It's coffee, but a bit pricey.

I make special trips to this place only to buy the great tasting Starbucks coffee WITH two (2) double shots of their fine... coffee.... Read more
Pretty garbage to be honest. I?m not from the area and was trusting on Starbucks to pull through on some decent coffee (like... they always do) I?m not going to complain about the location and that there?s no drive thru but I will complain about theservice and product. Everyone I?ve ever met at any Starbucks has been really nice which you should be. I work at a coffee shopand everyone feels better when the worker has a smile on their face. But this Starbucks was the EXACT opposite. Frowns oneveryone?s faces no one seemed to care really what was going on and it overall just makes you feel disgusted and wondering ifyou should even be trusting these people with YOUR beverage. I copped my cold brew which I was really excited about only to bedisappointed in realizing they use the exact same container for strawberry açaí and cold foam so instead of a Salted CaramelCream Cold Brew I got a Salted Caramel Cream Strawberry Cold Brew. UNACCEPTABLE for $6. I?ve never been someone who complainsespecially to customer service workers because it?s just rude but when they especially deserve it I?m going to share my opinionon it.
