Food and service was excellent. Very impressed but I was highly shocked at the conditions of the brooms the employees were... having to struggle to try and keep up a clean environment. A handful of new brooms from the Dollar Tree would be excellent forthem. I am only expressing how I would feel if I had to use it or would not want my employees to have to use it.. that was theonly problem I had. Get them some new brooms. Read more

The food and atmosphere were nice, the staff were polite and professional. My only issue with the venue is the bottleneck at the... front door. Each time I visit these establishments, we get jammed up at the front door and have to bump into the other patronsand staff. Even if you call ahead, you are asked to line up like cattle while the seaters cut in and out trying to grab rolls,etc. Great place once you're seated. Best chicken fried chicken ever! Read more
Wow.... I've been to several road houses all over the country but this was a disaster.... crispy burnt ribs, well done steak... when I ordered rare.... I told the manager and she "reduced" my dinner price.... I took the raw rolls to the kitchen Manager andhe shook his head and apologized. Then then started checking other baskets of rolls and pulled them off the shelf as i waswalking out. I get sometimes things don't go right, but serving raw rolls can make someone sick. Read more
At first didn't think it would go good cause they were not prepared for 10 of us, but then our waitress came and she did her... best to make us feel comfortable thank you Miyranda. However when the food did finally come there was a hair in the chickensalad, they take it back to get another so my friend had to wait for her food everyone else ate so asked for boxes to take hershome to find yarn or string in the salad. Damn was so close to one happy meal together but maybe next. They did take the chickensalad off the tab but still disappointed and hours away from home. Read more
Service on the slow side, but that’s fine. Ultimately, the bread was over cooked, cold, and sat out way too long. Imagine a... crunchy outside, cold inside, but slightly stale. Disappointing. The wood was fine, but the stake was over salted. Read more

The staff was nice, but what ruined our experience was the bathrooms. When I entered the bathroom I almost walked out. I was... desperate and didn’t have a choice. I know this is gross, but the ladies bathroom was disgusting! My husband stated the menswere the same way. We reported this to one of the managers who’s demeanor was not professional. She said they are that bad?That’s all. No apology, no I will have it cleaned right away. While waiting for my food I started thinking if the bathroomlooks like that, how clean is the kitchen. That ruined my dinner. I couldn’t eat it. On the way out I paid attention to thefront door. It was filthy also! If I had noticed on the way in I would have turned around.
