We found this delightful winery through Harvest Hosts and spent the night there in our RV. (Electric and water hook up) Brandon... was a great host and the tasting was very good and so much fun! Bought a couple bottles to take with us, along with localunfiltered honey and homemade jam. We would stay again! Thanks Brandon! Read more

Neat little winery to checkout that's a bit off the beaten path. The owner was knowledgeable and kept the wine flowing. Tastings... are 10 bucks and you get to try around 8-10 wines. All of the wines are done in house and you can even see the grape vines inthe lot. Long story short this is worth visiting. Read more

Very nice gentleman did a wine tasting for us. Wines are the sweeter style eastern NC but not as overly sweet as many. Enjoyed... tasting and bought a bottle to enjoy with a mini picnic we'd packed. The chickens are really cute, act more like pets, and wewere told they like cheese Read more

5/27/22 My mother-in-law wanted to buy some local wine for my wedding. I'm glad we stopped here. The owner was very friendly. We... did the tasting tour. We focused mostly on the semi-sweet and sweet wine. There were all unique and glad that these were all100% natural. My favorite one was the sweet southern breeze. I will definitely have to go back to get their strawberry or pearwine when it's ready. Read more

A Secret Garden Winery was a very quaint and pleasant stop for my wife, dog and I when we were travelling to Florida a couple... weeks ago. We were driving our Class A Motorhome and this winery is a member of Harvest Hosts which welcomes RV'ers to stay thenight on their properties. You can get electric for a mere $20.00 for the night. They also have a water hookup as well. Brandon, the owner was very nice and most hospitable even after he spent his entire Saturday pruning grape vines. The wines are fromMuscadine variety so they are mostly of the sweeter variety of wines which I personally like. We met a wonderful couple who alsostayed the same night. James and Janice were from South Carolina heading North in their Class A Coach. The winery is in a verypeaceful area and I highly recommend going there if you have the time. Read more

Enjoyed it?would stay again! We stopped here bc it is a Harvest Host (Google it) spot. This is a nice, very small, and quaint... place. It?s off the beaten path, though, and Brandon, the proprietor, was very personable. We met another couple who was passingthrough, and we all sampled 5-6 wines together. I got tipsy (alcohol content is lucky 13%!). Wine is for purchase; so are thewine glasses. You can also buy lotions and potions (not really potions, but something for what ails ya?). There?s alsobeekeeping done on site. And guess what else?! There are some beautiful chickens on site! Nearby is what?s touted as ?America?sLargest Pork Center?. Didn?t go by there, though. This place is a Harvest Host as well, and there is an electric hookup for yourRV. Read more
