This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to! The staff is rude AND ignorant and they can't get orders right.
Always nasty, order is never right. A d I'm tired that every time I order a chicken biscuit for breakfast that the chicken is... from the night before. How do I know? It always tastes like pickles. They only put pickles on the chicken sandwich during theday. Ask for fresh chicken and they'll refry last night's chicken. How do I know? It tasted like pickles and was an ugly darkbrown color. Pikeville McDonalds is the worst location to exist. You could order a glass of water and they?d get it wrong or leave it off the... order. If you like making unnecessary trips back to the location to get what you actually ordered, then this place is for you! Read more
Ordered drive in, they gave wrong order. Went back, gave wrong order again. Went inside, and had to wait 20 minutes, and then... finally they got the order right. Wasted 30 minutes+. Very slow service, and the staffs aren't paying any sort of attention whata customer is ordering. Read more
This McDonald?s has never gotten an order right after 3 pm. I don?t know what the problem is but it doesn?t matter if you have a... mobile order or you order in person, they continue to get something wrong every time. Will not be back! Read more
Our McDonald's is a joke. Great staff but you can't never get a milkshake, ice cream, or frappe. Always out of something or... machine is broken. They my as well take milkshake Off the menu cause you can't EVER get one. Everything else on the menu isn'tto great. Coffee is OK though lol Read more
The guy at the counter wasn't happy about being there. The food was ok mostly hot and nothing special.
