The owner works the 2nd half of the sandwich line so he can control the vegetable portions. He?s stingy on the vegetables it is... ridiculous. I asked for lots of spinach. He grabs a small bunch and when I ask for more he grabs three more leaves. When I askfor more again he takes two leaves. ridiculous. I am not asking for a huge amount, but just asking for some spinach since Ididn?t get lettuce on my sandwich. You should not be running a subway if you?re not willing to offer the menu properly asrequired by your brand. There are lots of people working in the area who come here for a lunch. I ordered 2 six inches steak and avocado and diet pepsi today Sandwich artist (Dipik) started making and didn?t put enough steak... the scoops were not full and the sides of the bread didn?t have meat and he didn?t use the correct setting he should have usedthe steak/strips setting Then I think manager pulled my sandwich from the toaster before the timer was done. He was not wearinga cap and didn?t have a name-tag he did veggies and he didn?t use the scoop to put avocado , he used the smoother and can save ascoop of avocado too. So the customer don?t get what they pay for. Staff need proper training as well as manager I don?t knowwhy they are training staff to put less meat than required, maybe just to save some bucks. Stopped on a few times, everything was ok. Today ordered on there app for pick up, used an offer for buy 2 get 1 free but deal... was not added at checkout. When we picked up the subs we brought it to their attention and the worker treat us very rude anddisrespectful and didn't not give us the deal. Guess we'll go to Pilot Butte from now on. Read more
I'd recommend the subway in pilot butte. This store I got a foot long crispy chicken sub. It only came with 3 pieces of chicken... rather than 4 like the other stores also my sub didn't come with cheese as it's extra at this store? It's not at other stores. Read more

Having worked customer service for a number of years, there are things I forgive and things I won't when I enter a place of... business. Forcing the only customer in the store to wait while you do maintenance tasks that could easily be done 5 minuteslater (the time it took to make my sandwich) is unforgivable. The debit machine was also turned off so I had to wait for that tostart too. Read more
I ordered a six-inch and a foot long both veggie on 4th December 2022 Sunday afternoon and the guy who made my sandwich is the... ?so called manager? Mukesh and he didn?t even put the right amount of cheese in both the sandwiches less cheese compared to theamount it comes with also for the six inch I asked extra pickles which was only 4 countable pickles on my sandwich which is notmeant extra pickles and also for the sauces it was like the guy literally put a few drops not enough sauce for your sandwich.So, please check whether your employees are properly trained to serve customers and make them go through the portioning ofveggies and cheese on the sandwiches and the amount of sauce you need to put on the sandwiches. Also he didn?t provide me thesandwiches in a bag and he is just passing me a foot long and a six-inch just like that in the hand. Ridiculous ridiculous. Verybad service. I think you lost a regular.
