Fast delivery even considering the terrible local traffic situation. Never had a wrong or bad order.
Have tried a few times, sometimes there?s weird stuff like delivery will be on your street then go back to the dominoes store &... when you call to see if there?s a problem with order they say they had to drop off someone else?s order first. I don?t know whythat means they?d drive from your street back to store. Would appreciate honesty if there was a mistake. So I started doingpick up instead. 3 Stars because most staff is friendly enough. When I picked up last order there was barbecue sauce in mydessert. I hate barbecue sauce, never asked for it. Never eat it. I just wanted partial refund for the part of order that wasmessed up, nothing else. Apparently they can only do store credit or refund full amount but then I?d have to be charged newamount & keep checking to make sure original amount cancelled then give them new card information or go back to pay again. I arrived to pick up my pizza. There was a young man preparing crusts at the counter and the rest of the staff (approx 3 others... from what I could see) was in the back one being on her phone. She comes to assist me with picking up my pizza and as I handedher cash ($100 bill) she refuses to take my money because they don?t accept larger bills. Her recommendation was for me to walkacross to the far south end of the shopping center to a gas station where she says they would be happy to break my $100 bill. Iappreciate knowing there are other businesses that will accept my cash but I don?t prefer to walk across the parking lot in thecold to cash my bill so I can come back to purchase my order from YOUR business. The gas station shouldn?t be your personalbank. With all this by the time I got my pizza home it was cold. Read more
Despite not being able to order online because the app says that y'all don't deliver to our location off of FM 1385, y'all will... still get us fresh, hot, good food! Fast and friendly!! Y'all are super! Thanks so much?? Read more
Too far to deliver! Even if I offer $40 tip on my credit card... No go! Papa Johns, Maybe will deliver where others fail? ... What to do for a delivery when pizza companies limit mileage??? Just don't but pizza anymore from them!!! I highly recommendnot buying from this store anymore!!! Read more
I bought Carry out so I went inside. I was impressed with how clean it was . The gentleman who took my order was wearing a mask... and was very polite. I told him I would wait in my car. He brought the pizza out to my car. The pizza was very delicious . Lotsof pepperoni and cheese baked fresh. I admire Dominoes for taking safe measures to protect its customers and delivering greattasting food. Read more
This place offers the worse service. I am shocked by the experience my mother just had. With all the crazy going on I told them... to stay home as much as possible with them being elderly, so she decided to order pizza, when it was delivered it cost over$75!! For the same thing I ordered that only cost $45 if that. When asked why they said that the pizzas are $7.99 when picked upbut $17.99 if delivered, what?!! Are you serious, and that wasn?t clarified over the phone. When we called to ask about itthat?s what we were told and the manager said they will not give us any sort of discount or refund. I can?t believe it. Ialready have a call into corporate but wanted to warn any potential customers. Oh, and on top of that, one of their workers whois clearly not disabled is always parking in the handicap spot, every time we?ve gone to pick up, the same silver truck is thereand they confirmed it?s a worker! If you order a thin crust pizza, it will be burnt. I swear it to ya.
