Very clean, and the staff was friendly. They also have really good coke ????
There were quite a few vehicles in line but the line moved very quickly and I got out of there within 5 minutes.
It's usually good. Fries are limp and soggy. Stingy with condiments if any at all. Big Mac is good as well as the 1/4 pounder.
The manager was so rude. The McDonald?s in pilot point manager was a total b**** I have never ever been to a McDonald?s that... charged extra for ranch and she insisted in an angry tone that McDonald?s chargers extra for every sauce. That is so muchgarbage. The manager said people keep stealing the sign off the window too. The manager should be fired she is not a niceperson and she should have better customer service. Read more

Went to Mass on Wednesday evening. Needed quick and easy dinner afterwards. McDonald's was conveniently close to St. Thomas... Aquinas. McDonald's was fast, inexpensive, and tasty. Absolutely no complaints with either the food or the service. Read more
Waited 20 min for chicken sandwiches so already knew cold fries were coming. Asked for fresh fries and they brought fries the... were medium warm at best. I've never had a good experience at this location. Will not be back and good luck to the rest of you. Read more
Wrong drinks multiple times. Second time I couldn?t even tell them since they just shut drive through window and walked off.... Gave them another chance this morning, but person at window could not understand what I was saying and trying to have me chargedfor wrong items. Never had any place or person have problems like this so I don?t think it was me, especially since they hadthicker unknown accent. Update: Tried again, it was okay for awhile even though I?ve cream machine was broken for literallyover a Month or they just didn?t want to clean it. Black stuff in their drinks so they probably don?t clean their soft drinkmachine either. They also asked me to drive up and wait which I did, just for them to forgot part of my order and after I calledthey need me to go back.
