Super dissatisfied about today with our chicken pecan salad it’s one of regulars and we had it unfortunately the chicken we... had smelt like no other! Almost like raw meat that sat out for a couple days! I responded quickly to the on call manager at thetime and she seemed to reply with it smelt normal to her and it shocked me to know that it was normal! My appetite was gone Ididn’t even finish it and my husband was so hungry at the time he ate his little bit of his salad! In return she discountedthe chicken (not even the salad) and didn’t respond with an apology or “how cld we make this better for you guys!” HoweverI will say our waitress at the time was super understanding and sincerely sorry since she knew we were regular customers andordered the same thing each time! Thanks for empathy and understanding! I feel I need to share the for the management sideplease don’t disregard the concerns of an customer like it’s nothing for you! Slow. took a while to even bring water to the table - possibly because I ordered a coffee and they had to brew a new pot from... scratch? Staff very laid back and casual. Never offered a refill on coffee. Food was good. I would have e tipped 10% (rare forme) but pre-programmed option was minimum 15% .... perhaps reason for slack attitude. Read more
So how does a Boston pizza close at 830 on a Sunday night middle of August tourist season... 6 of us came to eat an have drinks... but was closed... maybe prepare your self more. Yes there was a rodeo on so maybe order more products. Absolutely garbage that ucan't eat after 830... Thanks. Read more
Revisted after 8 years. I always go for their large portion salads. This hit the mark perfectly. Lots of protein variety, very... fresh veg, and prompt service from his first day on the job. Ate at BP Peace River a month ago, same food, $4 less i think. Nice airy restaurant, very good vibe. I had the chicken pecan salad, my wife, the honey chicken bowl. Read more
I find Boston Pizza food to be pretty basic, their menu hasn't changed much in over 10 years and they've actually made it... smaller. I was disappointed by the service, it wasn't bad and the server was very nice but it was painfully slow. It wasn't busyat all but I felt like we had a long wait to be seated, to have our order taken, and I had to ask the server to come back totake our payment. The food is pretty expensive for what you get. My hubby said the burger was very bland. The white sangriatasted pretty good. The kids menu is good. Read more
Just Loved it!! This was our first time at ANY Boston Pizza outlets and it couldn't be better. Lived each item that we ordered... and was presented very beautifully. Perfect for anyone stopping over at Medicine Hut for some reason. Nice cozy interior, enoughparking spots outside. Recommended highly!! Read more
Look, it's Boston Pizza, so you get what you get. Stopped here last night only because it was close to my errands (Wal-Mart,... UFA). For those of you who are tourists, or unfamiliar, Boston Pizza is ok. At best. That's it. It's a middling franchise.Pizza is fine, but it's overpriced. I had the Smoky Mountain Spaghetti. Massive portion, but underwhelming and under sauced.Speaking of sauce, that's suppose to be Marina? Bolognese? I can't imagine how Italian Nonas would react to that. Yeesh. Caesarsalad is basically from a box kit. See the pic of the bacon bit... I mean really? (my straw is pointing at it) Lol put someeffort in. But... It's Boston Pizza. Service was ok. Sat at the bar, you'd think patrons would be taken care of. Bartender wasquite polite, but neglected to check in as often as she should have. I asked for the Caesar salad to "start" and it literallycame after the entree. Lol. Can't believe I use to eat at BP's so much in my 20's. Now I'm reminded why BP's is such a rarevisit for me nowadays. Next time, I won't be so lazy and I'll look elsewhere in Pincher Creek. Read more
