Me and my family reserved a room with them using our debit visa. Upon arriving at the hotel they refused service to us stating... that the only accept Visa cards not visa debit. They wouldn?t even allow us to pay the full 350 in advance and return it to usupon checkout. The lady was rude and long story short we are at super 8 tonight for 60 dollars less and they accept visa debitsand didn?t even ask for a deposit?. I have stayed at Ramada super8 and travelodge and the heritage inn was by far the leastfriendly and accommodating while being overpriced compared to the newer hotels. I will never go back Read more

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is near downtown. The city is not big so everything is close by. They have nice pool... and hot tub. I prefer to stay again because of their reasonable charges. Read more

Basic, clean and fairly comfortable hotel. The bathrooms could use a facelift, but I think it's a great value if you need a... basic place to stay fairly close to the Waterford Lakes National Park. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub aftera day of hiking ???? Read more

Positive: It had an indoor pool that we were able to utilize during a very hot period of weather. Beds were very comfortable.... Negative: I did not like the fact that this hotel was advertising in US dollars but charging in Canadian dollars. Why is thisallowed in Canada? Read more

I have stayed pretty extensively (typically over a month each year) at this hotel in the last 5 years with my work and its one... of my favorites, staying in the renovated side. When I phoned to book a week long stay I was advised there was rooms availablebut for $254/night including continental breakfast. The website included the option of the room with no breakfast for$185/night, I asked for this option as I have to leave the hotel hours before the continental breakfast starts. They would nothonor the website price then I was informed there was no rooms available if I didn't pay the $254/night. I didnt appreciate theupsell and was extremely disappointed in a place I bring a lot of business too. Will be going elsewhere from now on in hopes offinding a new favorite place. Read more

The price of the room is overpriced! It doesn?t justify the room and customer service given. The staff were nice but the Manager... who is also Filipino needs more more training! Was given wring info on breakfast and instead of apologizing, she argued and wasmore angrier than me! I want someone higher to call me and hear my concern! I paid $375 for a 1 star hotel! Read more

Very nice people that checked us in. Hotel is perfectly located as a staging point for Waterton. Our room was very clean, but an... update of the washroom area would be nice. We stayed in room 205 and the tub / tiles are on their last legs. Not a biggie. TheHotel was very clean otherwise. Read more

This hotel has gone down hill the past few years. It used to be a nice place, but our recent stay was the worst room we?ve ever... stayed in. Gross rug (sticky and dirty); the room was hot and the ac did not work; it was damp with a strong musty odour; andthe shower barely worked. They charged us $250 for what should?ve been an $80 room. Furthermore, during our stay, we noticedthat there were only First Nations people in the section we were in, meaning: we think the heritage inn has some racial bias inwhere they place their guests. If you are First Nation, please do not stay here ? they will over-charge you for terriblerooms. Breakfast was good ? but that was the only non-segregated place in the hotel. Read more
