Drive thru line can be quite long, and you have to double check you actually get your online order selected hot sauce packets,... but other than that, it is a pretty good Taco Bell location. Read more

As someone who understands the struggles of working in food service, I consider the staff at the Pinckney Taco Bell to be... nothing short of friendly. The last time I visited the drive thru, both Theo and Jena were incredibly polite and delightful.They even got my order right on the first try (which no other Taco Bell has ever done before). I went through the drive through on 5-18-2022 around 8:30 pm. A man that I dont know the name of (looks like a guy with a baby... face, glasses, stubble beard and thinning black shoulder length hair) he was working the drive thru. When I got to the window heslammed it open, snatched the money from my hand, slammed the window closed, then opened it again with my change, I had themoney in my hand for only seconds, just tossing it in my cup holder and he was so impatient that he balanced my drink on theedge of my door! if I looked a second later it would have spilled in my lap. Then he practically tossed the food through mywindow and better yet, missed half my order. I could see there was no one inside and only one car behind me. he was also veryrude and pushy while I was ordering, I wasn't even done explaining what I wanted on my tacos before he demanded my drink order,I paused thinking of what I wanted, he randomly said "a mtn dew?!?!" So I said "actually I'll try that purple tea" then he wassilent and said nothing for a solid minute then said "is that all you're ordering?!?!" Ive dealt with grumpy gills at thespeaker before but the balancing act with my drink and tossing my food was absurd. Read more

Waiting in the drive through right now. Been here for 20 minutes with my toddler getting fussy in the back. There were only 4... cars in front of me. Perhaps they are low staffed and I don?t mean to be rude, but this isn?t fast food waiting for almost ahalf hour. I can go to restaurants and get food faster. Hoping they get better soon. Read more

A few days ago (Saturday night) we drove through town and was excited to see they had a large sign saying "Indoor Dining... Open!" Only to discover the entire building was closed. Drove to Wendy's afterwards to see the same situation. All the carsbehind us hopped into the McDonald's line, but we skipped it. Tried again today after my son's soccer game. Dining room wasclosed and an employee stood there staring at us. Decided to give the drive through a go, even waiting a ridiculous amount oftime. Asked for our nachos to just be meat / cheese. They repeated it and we verified. It was wrong. Which is annoying when youhave a picky eater and we'd have to re-wait in line, just to resolve an issue. I understand the staff is short handed. But themanagement should be taking place of missed employees... Read more
