Yesterday as a family, we went to the The Smoke Doctor for the first time at about 4:00pm. We got the brisket, the sampler... platter, the coleslaw, baked beans, mac and cheese, loaded potatoes, and collard greens. It was all good, but here was ourfavorites in order: thick brisket, pull pork, ribs and chicken. All of us (mom, dad and 2 high school aged sons) felt the macand cheese could have been a little cheesier, but all other sides received high marks. Read more
Best BBQ in this area! I don't even like brisket & I always get it there. Pulled pork is AMAZING. Not too greasy - just the... perfect amount of fat. The mashed potatoes are killer and the mac & cheese is on point. LOVE IT! WAAAY better than the blandHotel Hickman which preceded them in their location. Read more
Smoke Doctor was at Woodland Village yesterday. Food was not very good. We ordered the pulled pork sandwiches, and brisket on... Mac & Cheese. The sandwiches were ok, some weird pieces of meat but the brisket was not brisket and the mac&cheese was theworst ever. I would never recommend this food truck.
