Placed order and waited 30 min just to get to the window for them to tell me their ?card machine is down? and only accepting... exact cash payments. I was then told to drive around and go through the line again because I was not prepared to pay cash. Maybetell people before they wait in the line to pay that your only accepting cash. Went through the drive thru last night at around 10pm. Was told BEFORE WE WERE EVEN GREETED that "We are only accepting exact... payment in cash and our card machine isn't working.." we said OK and the man said "Ok then what can I get you". Ordered a #2double with fries, he immediately says "No fries"..ok, mozzarella sticks then? "Ok what else"? We finished our order and it cameto $21.94. Get to the window and give him $25 and he VERY RUDELY says, "Uhh, I TOLD YOU that it was EXACT CASH ONLY"! I said,"Are you SERIOUS? You literally only need to make change of a couple of dollars..so NOBODY had paid in cash tonight to makechange of a couple dollars??" He LEANS OUT THE WINDOW AND IN YELLS "UHH YES I AM SERIOUS!! BYE!!" I mean WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIPIN THIS STORE??!! ALL OF THE "EMPLOYEES" WERE OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT JUST HANGING OUT..ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!! Great roasted ranch bacon turkey sandwich on an onion bun.
I got the chicken bacon Swiss cheese sandwich. If this is as good as it gets, take it off the menu. It was a sloppy mess that I... threw away most of it. Too much sauce on it and the bun disintegrated so there went the bun and the Swiss cheese looks like apiece of plastic. Not melted.at all. Read more
