As a big fan of the franchise, this branch of It?s Just Wings has been the worst one I?ve tried. I ordered off the app so I... didn?t get to experience their in-house hospitality but it can?t be as bad as their cooking. The chicken was dry and tasted likethey dipped it in the fryer again after the chicken got old to make it warm. I also didn?t receive one of the sauces I orderedwith it. And to top it my wings were terribly sauced. I called to say something and they never picked up. If you are consideringvisiting this location allow me to give you some chicken nuggets from my floorboard, they?re about as tasteful as these wingsand you?ll save money Read more
First, I ordered this through Doordash and no problems with them. However, at the fault of the restaurant, I received no... napkins, no silverware, no ketchup, and no straw. Second, I am visiting from out of town, so I didn't stock my pantry in mysuitcase. Restaurants should put this stuff in every bag they send out!! I also didn't receive the chocolate sauce that wassupposed to come with the soggy oreo things that weren't worth $6.00!! Restaurant doesn't answer the phone. I called a milliontimes! Can't leave requests on doordash for the restaurant in order to let them know if you want silverware or anymodifications. Also, the dry rub spice was almost non-existing, nor was it hot! Read more
