It was five minutes to closing when my daughter and I stopped by for a sandwich after bible study. Travis met us at the door and... welcomed us in. We arrived at this location at 8:45 p.m. on June 25, 2021 and the doors were locked. There were two employees inside and both... refused to unlock the door with at least five customers standing outside and more still arriving(review your cameras). Mysuggestion is that you hire people who actually want to work. This is not the first time that this is happening and if theyworked for me and my doors were closed 15 minutes early causing me to lose Revenue they would not work for me anymore. Poorleadership yields poor results. I will no longer patronize this location and my suggestion is that others venture out to theWatson Chapel location Whitehall location or the pilot location on highway 65 where you get much better service and theemployees don't mind doing their jobs! Food quality was as expected for the price paid. The staff was attentive to customer requests and effectively prepared the... sandwiches. The variety of chips available was limited. As for the time of day, it was apparent that it needed restocking. After working through customer sandwich orders a, worker tended to this. The cleanliness of the dining space was average. Thedrinking lids for medium sized cups needed replenishing. The fountain drink area?s cleanliness was kept to my satisfaction, aswell. Read more
