On 7-22 I went in and ordered dinner. One hour later they could not produce my order no they were not that busy). I had an... appointment and had to leave so I requested a refund. The manager explained she could not refund a credit card purchase (no Iam not joking) and I would have to call corporate for a simple refund. I did and the next day ended up having to fill out acompany complaint to get a call back. They gentleman that helped me took the info and had to call me back. He had to send theinfo up to NCR (not sure who that is and would call when the credit was issued. He sent me a text later that day saying thecredit would take up to 7 days. As of Monday I started texting him I have not received a credit. To date I have heard nothing. I have spent a lot of time on a $25 order but I guess I felt is was a matter of principal. Needless to say I am floored anational brand cannot refund a credit card purchase. It is also needless to say it has been a bad and unnecessary experience. I normally don't write reviews and even more rarely write a negative one. I understand business have issues but the lack ofability to refund a customer when you can't deliver is something I felt I should share for others to be aware of. The service was great but my lemon pepper wings was hard as a brick and if I lived in the city of Pine Bluff I would have taken... them back but I live an hour away from Pine Bluff so I had to keep them that's my only dissatisfaction about the Wingstop therein Pine Bluff on Olive Street. Read more
They were very busy and it was close to closing. I was very disappointed oh, I did not check my bag because I was in a bit of a... rush. I did not get the ranch dip that were supposed to come with my order nor the additional dipping sauce that I paid for,without it spicy things are not enjoyable for my wife. I live about 40 minutes away so this was very disappointing. Normally Idon't have a problem. That is probably why I did not check make sure that my dipping sauces with there because I normally getsix out of five star service from them. Read more
