On 7-22 I went in and ordered dinner. One hour later they could not produce my order no they were not that busy). I had an... appointment and had to leave so I requested a refund. The manager explained she could not refund a credit card purchase (no Iam not joking) and I would have to call corporate for a simple refund. I did and the next day ended up having to fill out acompany complaint to get a call back. They gentleman that helped me took the info and had to call me back. He had to send theinfo up to NCR (not sure who that is and would call when the credit was issued. He sent me a text later that day saying thecredit would take up to 7 days. As of Monday I started texting him I have not received a credit. To date I have heard nothing. I have spent a lot of time on a $25 order but I guess I felt is was a matter of principal. Needless to say I am floored anational brand cannot refund a credit card purchase. It is also needless to say it has been a bad and unnecessary experience. I normally don't write reviews and even more rarely write a negative one. I understand business have issues but the lack ofability to refund a customer when you can't deliver is something I felt I should share for others to be aware of. There online ordering services is unreliable and not very trust worthy paid $99 for an order that we never received. Thank... goodness DoorDash recovered our expenses we was out due to manager's negligence. Read more
The service was great but my lemon pepper wings was hard as a brick and if I lived in the city of Pine Bluff I would have taken... them back but I live an hour away from Pine Bluff so I had to keep them that's my only dissatisfaction about the Wingstop therein Pine Bluff on Olive Street. Read more
They were very busy and it was close to closing. I was very disappointed oh, I did not check my bag because I was in a bit of a... rush. I did not get the ranch dip that were supposed to come with my order nor the additional dipping sauce that I paid for,without it spicy things are not enjoyable for my wife. I live about 40 minutes away so this was very disappointing. Normally Idon't have a problem. That is probably why I did not check make sure that my dipping sauces with there because I normally getsix out of five star service from them. Read more
Placed my order gave extra time for it to be ready because I understand times may vary from what they tell you. Picked up my... order returned home only to find my entire order was wrong. Called and complained. Was told would replace the order and when Ishowed up 20 minutes later the food wasn?t done and they acted like I was an inconvenience for having an issue with a wrongorder. Was given profanities over the phone during the complaint about their mistake. Was all but thrown my replacement withoutany for. Of apology for my inconvenience. Will not return and advise anyone else to seriously think about not using this placeif they have other options. Read more

We stopped here for a quick meal while traveling to Little Rock. The inside is small and there isn?t a lot of seating?mostly 2... seater tables, with some 4 seaters along the wall. There were 5 people in my party and we each ordered the 6 piece wing combo.After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized we should have placed our order prior to getting there. When we finally got ourorder, I wasn?t clear on which wings were which. We had a total of 10 different wing flavors and they weren?t labeled. I askedthe employee and she responded as if I should have just known. After some back and forth, she finally explained them all. Thelemon pepper flavored wings are the best in my opinion. Both the boneless and bone in wings were cooked to perfection. The frieswere inconsistent, some orders were cooked perfectly and others were overcooked. Mine was overcooked and I had mostly hollow,greasy fries. The Cajun corn was a disappointment. They basically poured a ridiculous amount of Cajun seasoning on the cornbefore giving it to us. We ordered a half dozen of fresh baked rolls. They were warm, buttery and unfortunately lacked flavor.To me, they aren?t worth the cost of 89 cents per roll. Read more
