As far as McDonald's go, pretty clean place!
Went through the drive through at the insistence of my grandson after a great few hours at the park and hiking. Paid for two... happy meals, one cheese burger and one 6 piece chicken McNuggests meal with BBQ sauce (which has a higher cost point). Theydidn't give me a receipt, and then asked if I wanted one, as an afterthought. I didn't want to put them too any trouble so Ipassed on the receipt. When we got home no McNuggests, but did have the BBQ sauce; they substituted a cheeseburger in thesecond happy meal. The only reason we stopped was for the McNuggests. This place is great! The prices are not great but I can?t hold that against the location. I usually get my order fast unless... they are getting slammed. Out of all of the fast food establishments I visit the staff at this one stands out the most. They arealways nice and if a mistake is made they apologize and make it right every time with no attitude. Would really recommend thisplace for great service. This place is also really clean! Worst McDonald?s in the nation. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items. They use the ?reserved drive thru? spots as a... crutch to never have any sense of urgency in bringing you your food. They plant you in one and then make you wait forever to getyour food and by then it?s cold or wrong. Waited over ten minutes last time in one of those spots to get chocolate chip cookiesbecause apparently it was too much to just heat them up with the rest of my order that I got at the window. Finally had to goinside to see what was taking so long. Turns out they completely forgot about them And just had me sitting out there. Everyemployee in that location is absolutely useless. Read more
We're there at about 7:30pm last night. After we ordered our burgers, we asked for water cups. The lady, looks like the manager,... told us that we should buy our drinks. Since when McDonald's doesn't offer free water? We are seniors. We don't drink the sugarystuff. This is definitely a first time experience in our life. We had never been told such thing at any McDonald's. Not anyMcDonald's in this country. Not any McDonald's we had been in many places around the world. It's just unbelievable thatMcDonald's has such employee. Terrible terrible service. Read more
