Only giving them a one due to not being able to give less! This is the second time we've ordered delivery online and haven't... recieved the almost $40 worth of food! I call the store and I get an "its the door dash app problem" yet, your store took mymoney to pay for the food? Plus the delivery tip. Not to mention she tells me I can send my husband to the store to grab my meal(that had been sitting there over an hour) without a call. He gets to the store to have her lock the door and run to the back(with my meal still sitting in the store) needless to say we ended up paying for 2 different meals for dinner tonight! total of$100.
