Only giving them a one due to not being able to give less! This is the second time we've ordered delivery online and haven't... recieved the almost $40 worth of food! I call the store and I get an "its the door dash app problem" yet, your store took mymoney to pay for the food? Plus the delivery tip. Not to mention she tells me I can send my husband to the store to grab my meal(that had been sitting there over an hour) without a call. He gets to the store to have her lock the door and run to the back(with my meal still sitting in the store) needless to say we ended up paying for 2 different meals for dinner tonight! total of$100. I usually prefer this subway to the one in walmart but this time they had no passion no will half of the sandwiches I ordered... weren't cut I ordered double meats on three of them got single meats on all 3 I am beyond disappointed with this visit there isno life in their eyes 2 sandwiches thrown in paper bags sandwiches just thrown in carelessly I would like to thank Anthony andKarissa for their service at subway I hope to come back and this attitude changes Read more

Absolutely terrible Subway. The last two times I've ordered it's honestly like the workers were not trained at all. It's to a... point where it's almost comical and they don't seem to do anything about it. If you order on the app and end up with anythingremotely resembling what you ordered at the end then consider yourself fortunate. I love the option of turning any Sub into a salad. Subway has added options to stay current with wraps and flat bread also.
