I was about 10 vehicles deep in the drive thru. The dinning room had a good amount of people in it. I thought that it would take... forever to get my order. To my surprise, it went by pretty quickly. I ordered the new steakhouse burger deluxe with no bread andtwo 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwiches with no bread. After driving home, I pulled the packages out to find everything onbread. If your only job is to take orders and give food, how do you not listen and mess up orders? With the extreme price ofeverything and lack of discount for no bread. It's amazing how you can not do the only job you have. 23.00 for 3 sandwicheswithout bread and 25 min drive. Next time I may think twice. Read more
Food was warm at best. Really slow service, I recommend if you still want to eat here go through the drive thru. One person... ringing in customers and experdiateing. The place has a dirty look to it and the soda machine a few of the levers are stickingopen allowing the beverage to just flow everywhere after toy have filled up your cup. Read more
Clean bathroom but the average stall (non-handicapped) was tiny. Only 30" wide by about 40" deep the door opening was only 24"... wide! I felt very uncomfortable about sitting in that stall & I'm not even claustrophobic. It looked as though my knees wouldrub on the door. I'm only 5'4", someone taller would have real difficulty. I haven?t gone to this arbys in months, and today is just a reassurance of why. You sit in the drive thru for 45+ minutes.... Finally get your order just to get home and find that the large order of what was supposed to be crinkle fries is in factcrinkle and curly fries all mixed together AND cold!! The sandwich was cold as well, so I?m not exactly sure what the extremelylong wait was for because it sure wasn?t for fresh food!! It?s a wonder that place is still open! Huge signs everywhere that read, "DINING ROOM OPEN", but yet as I and four other separate patrons found out within minutes of... each other, that is a lie. Absolutely slowest service ever at the drive thru. Very little meat in the $7 sandwich. No sauce onthe sandwich. Did not give the fries (and at $4/pop, that's a big deal to me). The only thing keeping this place afloat is thelocation. The employee was pleasant. I won't return to this location. Read more

Was there recently and always get the correct order and pretty quick for being short staffed. The manager needs a raise because... the last dozen times I was there he was doing the job of 3 others while being cashier. Everyone was very courteous and theplace looked clean. Big lighted signs advertising burgers. Ordered a burger, they had no burgers. Turn the sign off! Got a "roast beef" sandwich... instead. Omg, how do ppl eat this stuff. Opened it up and it smelled like dog food. Just paid almost $7 for 1 sandwich so Itook a bite, almost threw up. If there's any beef in there is so watered down who could tell?? Threw away the "meat" and arethe roll. It was delicious and fresh. So I got a $7 roll. I'll NEVER go there again. Read more
