We got a permanent spot Which we made it special to us. 2hr 15min ride for us well worth the trip. Our Furry children ??... coming here they have a set routine. Especially the dog parks or riding in our Golf cart. The people here are Kind full of ????and answer all your questions. Read more
This place is a joke. Staff very unprofessional. Rude and talk down to you. They do not do a good job at cleaning. There were... dead bugs under the mattresses in the toaster. I visited twin grove years ago and it was nice but this place has gone down hill.If you want to have a nice camping trip go to another camp ground. This is not the one! Read more
The stay was nice until the last night where we had to leave terrified because another camper decided to shine lights into our... tent and scream at us. My husband asked them kindly to please stop as our children where trying to sleep. I then told my husbandto forget it I want to leave. We had five kids we had to pack up in a horrible rain storm and there was no after hours number totalk to someone about the issue. I then called first thing in the morning and asked to speak to a manager they told me no onewas in and they took my number down. Well I waited till later around 5pm to call back and they again told me no manager was in Isaid this is the second time I?m calling about a issue and your not willing to help cool. She said hold please and then about 5min later a manager got on the phone I told her what had transpired the night before she told me she understood she got a lot ofcomplaints and hung up. Excuse me but this place is unprofessional and not family friendly at all. This should of been handledand there should be a after hours number. I should of been given a refund or something for not being able go fully enjoy mystay due to not being safe. If you want to feel safe staying here is not a good idea. Read more
Great camping experience! Very nice pool and cool water slides. Love the Ferris Wheel and Carousel ???? Super Great icecream... parlor. All around Great! Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended ????? Read more
Well I can say that we used to love this campground and have booked here many times the past 3 years. This year all of a sudden... we were told to shut down our cornhole game , in which we were playing the night before but never got shut down. so we did stopand sat around just talking quietly and a security lady came up and told us we had to stop because quiet time was 10pm. We werenot yelling or being loud. We were all sitting around closely talking. Unbelievable ???? Read more
Pine Grove is a nice CG, the check in process was very easy and the directions to the site were perfect. Our site #44 was not... level side to side and the RV wheels needed to be off the ground to be level (not good), the fire ring was on the opposite sideof the patio (not preferred), many candy wrappers and cigarette butts on the ground. We would consider staying in the future. Read more
