If I?m being honest, I don?t really go to this wawa for much except gas. There?s one attendant with brownish blonde hair named... Jocelyn! She is hands down one of wawas best fuel attendant! I?ve had trouble with my app while getting gas multiple times andshe is ALWAYS patient, kind, and she even cleans my windows when time permits! When it comes to customer service- she reallyshow?s excellent customer service to every single person, every single time! On three separate occasions I had a turkey panini made improperly. All three times were due to the employees talking with one... another nonstop; distracting themselves so much so that orders get mixed up. Twice I had driven home only to discover then thatmy sandwich was wrong. They put roast beef on the first time and ham the second. Now I make it a point to check the food beforeI leave and sure enough the third time i order they got it wrong but I caught it before leaving. I ordered homestyle chicken bites and was told off by the emloyee, that was standing there doing nothing while timer went off. I... asked her politely to get them after listening to timer for five mins , and waited till she was done her orders and she stillstood there and ignored me when I asked if she could get them and then, she told me off and that's not how you treat customers! Ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake with whipped cream. Got a plain cheesecake without whipped cream. Didn't feel like... waiting for another to be made so I just left. Read more

Well this Wawa is awesome?! The staff is great and very pleasant! They are a busy store but still take the time to talk with... you....they remember your cigarette order, and coffee and names! And much more I have worked for the company and so did myfamily! Awesome company to work for with terrific benefits.....I would work for them again over and over...even though I don'twork there anymore...I'd certainly go back they treat you with the utmost respect....and are in great mood from the start.....itsnowballs making your day start out great!!! This wawa has disappointed me on several occasions. First of all the regular coffee tastes like water. I have made complaints to... the management but nothing has been done in over 4 months at least. I just went there today to see if things have changed butunfortunately they have not. The store was a complete mess and I did not make any purchased. I have fallen out of love with wawain general. It use to be one of my favorite places to shop but now we are distant strangers. I haven't shopped at wawa in monthson months. It's sad Read more
