What a great hidden gem in the Catskills! The menu is extensive and with handcrafted fresh ingredient drinks, this is the spot.... A block or two off Rt. 28, this Pine Hill, NY cantina is the place to go. After a long day of skiing, we decided to check it outeven though some of our friends were snowed-in, and it certainly was worth going with our small crew. We arrived lateish on a Sunday night and all the chairs were up signifying the kitchen was probably closed. We asked the... bartender if they were still serving food and the response was so welcoming: "we just closed but of course we'll feed you, comein and make yourselves comfortable." Wow! We tried the flavored margaritas which were garnished heavily with fresh ingredients(but after I saw their tequila and mezcal choices, next time I'll be getting some shots neat!). For dinner we got salsa andchips (with two salsas) and flank steak tacos which were ample in size, delicious and served with a big side of yummy rice andbeans. We loved everything, especially the friendly and incredibly welcoming staff. We can't wait to go back and try more ofChef Laurie's delicious creations! Read more
