Elliott?s catered our wedding this past September and we could not have asked for a better vendor! The team operates at the... highest levels of professionalism with such kindness and graciousness, it made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free.Elise understood everything we wanted ? and made sure we got it! We ended up with a completely different menu than what we hadfirst envisioned, but Elise and the team were so accommodating with all the changes. Furthermore, Elise was extremely helpful inoffering as much help as needed for last minute venue walk-throughs and alcohol-permit issues. The level of care and attentionspent on logistical aspects is also directly reflected in the thoughtfulness put into the food and service. Our guests could notstop raving about the shrimp and grits appetizer! Many thanks to Elliott?s catering for helping us host our event. On 9/7/17, Elliott's Catering Company served 320 guests at a 39-table fundraising event in Southern Pines, and there are not... enough superlatives in the English language to describe how perfectly they managed the dinner. We chose to have dinner servedfamily style because it is more fun and for convenience sake. The menu was Southern - fried chicken with greens and roastedpotatoes, shrimp and grits, and roasted root vegetables, arugula and romaine with goat cheese and orange/rosemary vinaigrette.If that was not spectacular enough, then came dessert. To call it cheesecake is to compare a sidewalk scribbling to the MonaLisa. Unbelievable delicate and soft, like a superb French cheese, the cheesecake was topped with a berry coulis. It was vitalto our event that all serving and most clearing was complete before our keynote speaker began. Loved working with Chef MarkElliott; he works his heart out to deliver a superb event.
