They went above and beyond. It was my birthday on September 21st and I ordered 2 lattes before my delivery job. They where not... good. We could not drink them and I decided to take them back. The staff was so nice and apologized for everything. Theyoffered to grab the manager for me (no I didn't ask for one. I'm no Karen haha) the manager was so amazing! She offered toremake my coffees. I told her my fella would love that, but I was ok. She upgraded his coffee size (it tasted amazing! ) and Itold her that's good! She said no I deserved something else so she offered me a baked good. The croissant she gave me was sogood! Like so good that you close your eyes and go holy s**t this is soooo good. That good... Then as I'm waiting for thedelicious latte to be made she comes over and offered to refund my other coffee. I could not believe how sweet and nice thatwas. I thought the bigger latte was enough and the Manger was like no imma make some costumer service dreams come true! She did!The staff is always friendly there so that is always the plus to go to this one, but damn did they not decide to be Oprah givingout free cars vibes that day!. Ordered my drinks at the wrong location, this location was busy and they still made my drinks so I didn?t have to go somewhere... else or deal with cancelling the order. Love the service. Read more

I've never had a bad experience here and this is a fast-paced, high-volume location. It's always busy. Yet I've never seen a... flustered or rude barista. They genuinely seem like they have fun working together and I like that. My drink - I order the sameone every time - is always perfect, consistently. Highly recommend this location. Great job, y'all! Love the order ahead online app! I can customize my drink order ahead so when I pull up I pick up and go! Plus rewards for... frequent buyers! I really like that this location added a large store with drive thru! I have never met a unfriendly Starbucksemployee, and love their products! Stopped in for a white chocolate mocha on ice breve(half and half) 1 pump of sauce for flavorand stevia in the raw for sweetness, and whip cream topping of course! They car 2% milk, whole milk, heavy cream, half and half,soy milk, coconut, oat, and almond milk always available! Read more
This is a great Starbucks location with a huge, OPEN lobby and a great outdoor patio, but the best part are the people who are... consistently friendly... With notes on your goodies or pup cups for friends along for the ride. Read more
