Beyond disgusted!!! I ordered fries with the chicken tenders for my kids, instead I got OLD Mac n cheese. I called to report... their mistake, instead the manager argued with me unprofessionally. When I returned to the location, She decided to ignore metill she was ready to address the issue instead of trying to fix their lazy mistake. I asked if she would eat this or serve thisto her kids, with no reply she threw fries on the counter and ignored the question. The Mac n cheese was unrecognizable, theburnt part looked like gravy and was definitely not edible and I was not going to serve this to my 4 year old. She never askedif I wanted a refund nor did I ask due to her rude attitude. When I was trying to give my son a portion of the strawberry Fantain a cup he spotted a hair in the Popeyes cup and sure enough there is a hair!! I am totally disappointed in the way the managerhandle the issue and even more disgusted in their idea of serving food the way I received it tonight. My recommendation toanyone, is to stay away from this location it has done nothing but gone downhill since this manager has been employed here. Inmy opinion the manger did not handle this professionally at all and should be fired immediately because she is not setting agood example for the younger employees that work around her. This location is absolutely ridiculous. I place an order for this location the employees ask to see so I show them and then they... hit buttons on my phone while it?s still in my hand and sent my order to a different location and then told me ? I?m sorry wecan?t do anything we don?t even know how to use the app.? I call the manager Nancy and she is absolutely no help and then saysit?s not her employees fault but yet she said she has told them not to touch peoples phone. Ordered online 10 minutes before I reach the restaurant. Waited in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. After rudely... being cut off at the speaker by whoever was working the speaker before I could even finish my sentence and waiting another 5minutes there before being spoken to again. I then pull to the window to be told I have to wait 10 more minutes for the order Iplaced nearly 20 minutes ago at this point because it?s not ready. What?s the point in ordering ahead if it takes longer thanjust ordering normally? I don?t understand. Will not return. Read more

Third visit to drive thru. As usual, out of items, today, no Diet Coke, no regular tenders, only spicy. Ordered their... nuggets, very, very greasy. Chicken sandwiches (2) had old chicken, tough as shoe leather. Two orders of popcorn shrimp, bothcold and old, like maybe cooked yesterday. No moisture at all in the shrimp. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon, so really allgood should have been cooked to order. Oh well, lesson learned, this Popeyes is never getting my business again. Waste oflunch for my grandchildren. The rice tasted old and smelt a bit weird. The chicken was fresh though & the young cashier was really nice. & they should... change some of the drinks , they tasted a little flat. Read more

The spicy chicken sandwich was not what I expected. Piece of chicken was so small most of one side was crunchy. The red beans... and rice was not to the top. Looked like it was missing spoonfuls. Did not give out receipt. Overall very disappointed. Read more

This franchise is delicious, but this establishment wasn't. First they need to have someone on the floor, be it a manager... (competent if there is one) or someone in charge checking everyone's order. I asked for no ice on my tea, I got ice in my tea. Iasked for regular rice and beans, they didn't even put them in my bag. Glad I checked it before leaving. The chicken tendersthey cooked were perfect. But my popcorn shrimp tasted like bubble gum, all dry and chewy (not crispy, like they need to be). Ilove this franchise, but I won't be coming back to this business in a while, until they sort everything out. PS: I didn't knewmy bag of fries go bellow my order of shrimp =/ Read more
