Very disappointed when we went this time. We were pretty much ignored by the waiter. We were there over 20 minutes before anyone... took our drink order (not our server) took what seemed like forever to get our drinks. The server ignored our table and tookother customers that came in after us. We were there so long by the time he got to us we ordered our apps and went ahead and putour food order in, well our food came out before our apps. After we finished eating it took him forever to come back over to usand ask if we wanted anything else, I told him I wanted a refill on my drink- took another 10 - 15 minutes to get my drink. Hesure did bring the check quick though and was back in 5 minutes to collect that money. The food was pretty good, but after theway were ignored, I doubt we will be going back. Read more
This maybe a staffing issues but waited for waitress for a long time just to order drinks and food. Once drinks and food... arrived did not see her again for awhile to get the checks. Order 10 wings but it was super salty, could only finished couple ofwings. Normal happy hours would be pack but this place kinda empty. I wonder why. Walking in and seeing absolutely no employees in the dining room or in sight to be greeted/seated should have been out first... clue. But we were visiting from a few hours away with my daughter and her boyfriend and this was the most convenient location tomeet at for dinner. Atmosphere was nice, everything was cleaned, but food was, at best, edible. Boneless wings were overcookedand under sauced, but the portions/size of "nuggets" were very fair. Fries were cold. Sweet tea was soured. Our server was aghost for most of our visit. Our glasses went empty for about half of our meal. And dirty dishes piled up even as we wereleaving, the table was not pre-bussed. There was about 3 other tables in the entire place while we were there. We did see about5 ppl working during our dinner, so understaffed can't be an excuse. Read more
Have to say first of all the Bartender was Great!! (Brady) He gets 5 Stars. As for as the Chicken Wings I ordered is another... story. It was quite obvious that the chicken winds were NOT freshly cooked. WHY is it that all these restaurants that servechicken wings can't cook them to order it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook chicken wings. If I go back I will ask to haveFreshly cooked chicken wings. Read more
After spending the Sunday evening at St. Pete pier we were looking for a dinner place. We were a group of 6 people and we... decided to have the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were greeted by our server Victor with menus, water and chips with queso.The chips and queso were delicious and great. After browsing through the menu we decided to order Large Onion Rings along withthe 30 chicken wings with Parmesan Garlic and Thai curry. The service was great and we got our order in 15-20 mins. Where?s the meat? Ordered take out with two orders of 15 boneless wings, disappointing how small they are. Also the bbq ones... don?t have much bbq on some of them. Overall their boneless wings are overpriced for what you get. Won?t make the same mistakeagain. Read more
I do not recommend going to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We waited 10 mins for our server to come to the table. We ordered... as soon as he got there and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. We didn?t even get our appetizeruntil after our entrees. The restaurant wasn?t even halfway full. As someone who has worked in the industry for over a decade, Iwould have been understanding if we were told there was going to be a delay on our food; but, our waiter did not even show backup to our table until after a runner had brought us our food. I had to go find him to get silverware! Then the ketchup bottlewas completely empty. Someone isn?t keeping up with their side work. Do better. Read more
