Order food around 4 pm yesterday 11/12. 2 Hours later my children and I proceed to vomit and barf up the food for which it was... not cooked properly or mishandled by the STAFF. Was up till 3 am barfing up the food poisoning from BK. Called them to let themknow about the situation, so it won?t happen again with other people eating there. Physical watched the person make my food wrong and when I tried to help the cashier stop her from making the mistake she pushed... through with how she wanted to make It instead. Asked for double cheese on both sandwiches and got single cheese. Read more
Once again I try this location. They failed again. I ordered the bacon king no mayo add ketchup. Got the first one & had... mayo.. took back showed them, said get you another one. Gave me a double cheese sandwich no bacon on a regular small bun. I saidit's the size of a whopper. Lady said I gave you the wrong the first time. I gave ordered before and no the sandwich. If I didnt have to give 1 star I wouldnt! Zero stars would suffice. Service was very slow and it was not busy. The cashier/drive... through worker names Keysheria, was very short and rude. Qshe was very quick to make assumptions about my order and didn'thesitate to snap at me when I asked for claification. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager andslammed the window shut. I was more than polite with her until she refused to give me food/beverages that I had ordered and paidfor! I will NOT return to this location. Read more
The teenage kid working the drive thru today, Saturday, July 16, 2022 provided the worse treatment I have ever experienced.... First, he interrupted my order by yelling that he couldn't hear me, then things only went downhill from there. He was notdressed as a BK employee, he was rude, he was yelling at the staff. The order was wrong, I didn't get a receipt, he halfwaytossed the bag of food, no pleasantries, as I started to drive off unsure of my order being correct he yelled, "oh, you're justgoing to drive away?" I said, "what? Is this my full order?" Which ended this wonderful experience with a parting, "F@#$-off"from the Burger King employee. I should have went to Chick-fil-A! Read more
There absolute what service anywhere. The guy eat so rude the whole time, to our faces all because they're system wouldn't... expect a BK gift card. Not my problem. And I would have complained then and there but you should never mess with the people whohandle your food. So now, I'm saying, if it's too difficult to do your job, find another one.
