I really enjoy Chick-Fila's food along with their service, but the last three times that I've been they've messed up my order by... giving me something spicy. I have never ordered anything spicy so, for that I give four stars. That being said, Chick-Filalocated in the shoppes at Park Place to please pay more attention to the order that you're filling in order to achieve guestsatisfaction. Read more
The Sweet Tea is horrible. ???? I've tried several times a day and I'm not sure if it's because kids are making it or what, but... it tastes like sweet water with remnants of what use to be tea. Staff was incompetent and rude. Very slow, saying they were under staff when there were like 10 people uniforms standing around... doing nothing. Went to this location for a quick bite to eat on the 20th. When I got home my sandwich?s were cold and fries tasted like they... were sitting around for quite a while. Called to get my money back and the team lead who also referred to themselves as themanager told me she couldn?t give me my money back. Called another time this evening and got the run around again from the TeamLead Angel. Who ever owns this location should think about selling it. You are doing a terrible job. The landscaping is horridand I?ve been to McDonald?s that are tidier than this. I?m shocked that Chic Fil a let?s this store continue to operate with allof the negative reviews and condition of the store. I won?t be back. Get with a real operator and see how they do it. This has always been my favorite Chick-fil-A. The service, and the attitude of the employees have steadily gone downhill. They... don't ask you if you want any sauces, or dressings for nuggets or salads anymore. Today, the girl in the Drive-Thru window, justabout threw my food and drinks at me, then closed the window. This location really disappointed me in every single way , the service was horrible. I went to Drive Thru and Kenyonna the... employee that took my order, she was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was making her life miserable, rolling her eyeswhen I was asking question about my Chick-Fil-A App; she doesn't know how the app works because she doesn't have one; that washer answer. I did order spicy sandwiches meal with large fry with Diet Dr Pepper, the food was cold; when I decided to check myorder the large fry was a joke, attached picture for facts. I never felt so unhappy with Chick-Fil-A. Normally I go toCountryside location and everyone are very pleasant, kind, helpful and happy to see you. "My Pleasure" was not even mentionedones. Almost every time I come through this place, the drive thru is just crazy. Service is slow, sometimes get overcharged for... several items that were apparently added to the order. Watch your money. Watch your orders. Almost all order takers seemclueless; check the food before you leave. All they want is your money. You're better off going to a different store or going toPDQ entirely. In general, service in this chain is gradually decreasing over time! You get what you give! Read more
