I called after placing an order online to do a special request that I was unable to do online. So the young lady that answered... the phone was literally the sweetest ever! She was very pleasant, answered my request perfect and said she?d personally do mymeal to make sure it was correct. Perfect customer service! I wish I would have got her name but I definitely appreciate peoplesuch as herself that are upbeat and pleasant to speak to! Go girl!!! I wish I could have tipped you! ???? thank you so much ! PRICE'S GREAT AND FOOD I GIVE IT A 10..... $9.32 FOR I LARGE PLATE AND IT FEED MY HUSBAND AND I WITH LEFT OVERS. MUSHROOM AND... ONION CHICKEN/ teriyaki chicken ???? YUMMY also noodles with onions and veggies last side was cauliflower with soy sauce oh mygosh it was so so good got to go if you haven't been in a while and you haven't been at all you're missing out yum yum. Don?t order online. They won?t start your order at all until you?re physically standing there, and only after you?ve nagged them... every two minutes to start your order. This is despite not even walking in for a good 10 minutes past the ready-by time. Evenwhen they?ve started your order, they?ll do one thing in your order then go right back to serving a dine-in customer. Meanwhile,there?s always at least one employee standing around, doing nothing but pretending to work by looking intently at something,anything, except you and your online order. This behavior is not just one employee. It?s every single one of them, and it?sobvious that it?s behavior encouraged and trained by Mark the manager who likes to stand around and smile and joke with hisemployees, never making eye contact with customers, while there?s a line of online order customers being ignored and lied to.Apparently, that manager makes good money to goof around with his employees. What happened with this place? Why treat customersthis poorly on purpose? Is online money not as good as in-person money? I could not believe how meticulously clean this place was and how fresh all the food was! It was displayed with such Care. I was... picking up an order for someone else, i haven?t eaten Panda Express for 15-20 years but I had to actually order some for myself. Allan runs this business the way all businesses should be ran and he should be recognized. I can tell Allan takes realpride in what he is doing and I must say the food was fantastic and made the best I have ever had!!! Im actually kind of amazed,I am a new regular and fan of this particular Panda Express The staff were kind and well trained as well. Great Job! The guy incharge could run a 5?? restraunt! Read more

I asked Kristopher L, "how long has the sweet fire chicken has been sitting?" He goes 30 minutes." I asked to try it to make... sure it was fresh and got turned down. He also mentioned they do not throw away/ waste food. The food doesn't get replaced untilit's gone. I asked if that was FDA approved and he goes that is not a question for me. Put in an online order that said it'd be ready in 7 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later and it still wasn't packaged. I got... orange and sesame chicken with fried rice. I dont know who trained the cooks there tonight, but the food was absolutelydisgusting. The orange chicken was either NOT orange chicken or had no sauce. It looked like the other entree but had noveggies. The fried rice was bland and MUSHY. Took a pic but not sure that it shows. The online ordering is useless; every time Iget there (and I'm always late), it's never ready. But with the food being horrible this time and after throwing away money, I'msorry to say I just can't go back to this Panda. Get your s*** together... Read more

I had no problems. I got my food quickly. I was fresh and delicious. People complaining about how long it took to get their food... should take note. All places are busy now and short staffed. That is why they have a huge banner out front stating they arehiring at $12 an hour. Be patient, if you don't like it, move along. We will have one less in line in front of us. Read more
