Very disappointed with this location and the mobile order app. The staff canceled my order by stating that they didn't have an... item that was included in my order, which removed it from the list of orders the staff were making. I was unable.to resolve theissue with editing my order and had to manually reorder my order, which was very inconvenient for me, the exact opposite of whatthe app promised it would be. Thus app and the location is a waste of space, I'mmsoo sorry that I inconvenienced the store withmy order, I will not be using this horrendous, slow and unreasonable app any longer. Read more
I thought I'd run in for a quick bite to eat, but when I pulled up to see all the filthy nasty trash right at the entrance I was... turned off. I went inside and off course the dirtiest Wa Wa I've been too yet. I don't understand because this place use to bebeautiful. Pay a cleaning crew to turn this place around would be my best advice. It was my favorite place to get food after work- fresh soup and salad - until now! Because now every evening I come after work -... and no fresh food available, "computers updating" so no food available. Hundreds of people coming after work in hope to eat andbring dinner to the kiddos - and exactly in that rush hour between 10 pm and 2 am they updating the system or whatever, so tiredhungry people, just finished daily work, can't get fresh food... it's horrible!!! Wawa typically does have cheaper gas then the smaller chains. Of course food and smoothie orders are good if your hungry too !... Good selection of cold diet sodas as well and a few healthy ready to eat snacks if your looking for something healthier on thego like peanut butter and celery, ready to eat fruits and protien shakes as well . I still enjoy coming in the store no matter what. But on the date that this is posted. You're overweight old security guard told... me himself he did not want me coming in the store constantly especially after I spent money in your store. The first time Iordered food and got a drink. The second time I use the restroom and went and got some scratch off tickets. The third time Iwent to redeem my prize from my scratch offs. Your security guard should not be hanging around in the store. He should behanging out side and taking care of the homeless problem that comes around that store. The panhandlers that keep begging formoney. I may be homeless myself. But at least I still make a paycheck and I can buy the stuff I need. Read more
Highly unsatisfied with my sandwich. I ordered a smoked honey turkey sub with mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, jalapenos, sweet... peppers, onion, pickles, vinegar, american cheese, and only the bread toasted. The entire time the employee was making mysandwich, they kept looking back, talking to their co workers barely paying attention to the screen in front of them. Because ofthis my sandwich was not made how I ordered it. No sweet peppers, mayo, or vinegar. The bread was toasted so hard that thesandwich is barely edible. I understand this is gas station food so the quality of food isnt going to be immaculate but itsstill food that customers are paying their money for, and the employees should care enough to at least make the food how itsordered and make sure its edible. One of the cleanest looking, and well presented service stations. They have all your everyday needs. From snacks and pop to beer... and wine. Plus an above average coffee bar. I give them a 9/10. Read more
