First time at Zaxby's and probably my last. Not sure where the manager is for this location, but they are not on top of things.... Coming into the restaurant we had to jump over 3 children's bikes that were blocking the door and sidewalk. Only to come insideand find the three middle school aged owners of the bikes having a free for all running through the restaurant. Tossing sugarand plastic silverware, and having a toy gun battle. This continued with no one stopping them and no parents with them.Meanwhile, they lost our order. We had to resubmit our order ... and spend extra time with the 3 hoodlums. They made a mess ofall open tables and the floor. Seriously, where was the manager? Corporate needs to investigate this location. Read more

Food isn't bad but 3x in the past 2 weeks I have gone there to eat and the dining room is closed. Is this a way to run your... restaurant? 1st time was 3 days after Hurricane Ian which had zero impact on this area. I called and asked why is the diningroom closed and I was told because of the hurricane. Either the manager cuts employees for a bigger bonus for himself and closesthe dining room or they hire losers who don't want to work and don't show up. Dining room is a funny description too. You orderat the counter, they call your name and then they forget about you. They never come out to "serve" you so if they have enoughstaff for the drive thru they have enough staff to manage the dining room. Either way you just lost a customer and I amnotifying Zaxby's Franchise Development of what a bad reputation your location is giving to the brand. Read more

Easily the most incompetent Zaxbys I have ever been to and I LOVE Zaxbys. I feel bad for anyone that chooses this location for... their first experience because I promise you it is not this terrible. Zaxbys is amazing and this location does the brand dirty!It doesn?t matter if they are busy or slow they will mess up your order and make you wait even if you?re the only one in thedrive thru. Last time I waited 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru spot and no one followed me. Went there recently andthe inside was closed all together and of course per usual they forgot my sauce and shorted me chicken tenders like the last 3times. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ZAXBYS and the managers need to get a grip on their employees and correct the way things are donehere. Read more

I have always enjoyed Zaxby's in fact have drove 25 min to pick food. However today I was sooooo disappointed with the... food.First of all I was pared when there was no line and I that that strange but felt as if that would mean the food would behot and fresh. Unfortunately that was not the case. The chicken was very tough and the fries had a strange plastic taste tothen. Ended up eating one tender and throwing the rest out. Read more

Update: 7/29 I lowered the rating from 4 stars to 2 after once again ordering on the app with a 12:45pm pick up time. It is... 12:10pm and my order still isn't ready. The order area is chaos with people waiting for orders or to place orders. Being thesecond time this has happened, I can assure you I wont be returning. I highly recommend you look for a restaurant that knowswhat their doing when it comes to a lunch rush. The whole point of ordering ahead. Tired of getting the short staffed excuse aswell. Prior review: This is a good location. The only downside is they are a little slow. When ordering on the mobile app I amleft waiting well past the time the app shows your order being completed by. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and thefood is awesome. Read more
