I went in to eat. I was the only customer. 3 employees working- 1 playing on his phone, 1 walking around doing nothing, the 3rd... just looking at me. Nobody even spoke to me or tried to take my order. They acted as if they were wondering why I invaded theirspace. Read more

If there were an option for no stars I would go with no stars. We stopped for breakfast and was ignored for almost 10 minutes. ... Looked at a few times and ignored. 2 workers, lady was more interested in telling the cook about her child services issues thanwaiting on the customers. Needless to day we left and will NOT EVER stop at this location again. Manager needs to shape thosplace up or just close the doors. I know good workers are hard to find but this is ridiculous. Every experience I have had has been a disappointment and I will NEVER go back to this facility. Employees are rude and... extremely unprofessional. I now understand why in the middle of lunch, there was not anyone in the parking lot. Read more

Food was hot & fresh. MOD was beyond frustrated. The employees were disrespectful towards her. She was basically running the... place by herself while the employees looked around asking for breaks. The MOD was nice to us & made sure our order was correct. Read more

I haven't been to this Burger King since 2016 and ONLY stopped because my son was hungry on the way to his haircut appointment.... The drive thru line ALWAYS has at least a 10 to 12 minute wait so I already knew that was coming, and they didn't disappoint, wesat in the drive thru line for 11 minutes exactly. I ordered two spicy chicken jr sandwiches and 8 pcs mozzarella sticks. Theyhad no marinara sauce available, and both of my spicy chicken jr sandwiches were hard as a brick...I literally almost cracked myteeth! They also added mayo and tomato to the sandwich (mayo and tomato are not a part of this sandwich). Also, no receipt wasgiven! I turned around and went inside so they could remake my food and the workers acted like they didn't know what was wrongwith the sandwiches. I had to tell them that the meat was old and that mayo and tomato didn't even go on the sandwich. How am Itelling the workers what goes on their sandwich! It took another 10 minutes before I received the remade food. I also had toask for my receipt 4 times before it was finally given to me and get this.... the manager/supervisor Jessica was sitting therethe entire time. No worker had on a mask or gloves and the food prep area was disgusting. I now remember why I haven't been tothis Burger King in over 3 years.....how are they still open????? While waiting on my food to be remade a man from the dinerarea walked up to the counter and asked when his chicken sandwich would be ready because he had been sitting there for 45MINUTES...McDonald's would NEVER!
