Most horrible chicken. I couldn't believe how burnt and old the oil was they fried this in. Greasy and not edible. My husband's... potatoes and gravy were unbearably salty. My husband tried to eat the chicken and it was so bad that he is literally sick. Ihave given him a lot of Pepto Bismol. It hasn't touched his stomach. I was going to leave NO stars, but the site wouldn't let mepost this unless I left at least one. They didn't deserve any stars. We were giving them a second chance by trying them again,but NO WAY!!! BOTH PINEVILLE AND ALEXANDRIA locations are horrible. So sad because I used to love their chicken. We will NEVERgo back. Wasted our money and my husband is suffering the consequences of horrible service. You should be ashamed to serve thisto anyone. I hope new management takes over. But I won't be going back ever. I bought an 8 piece extra crispy, I should have checked my order but didn?t. The chicken was over done in old oil, dark and very... greasy. We tried to eat but gave up and threw it away. We will not buy KFC again in Pineville or Alexandria again?.ever Read more

KFC has lost my family as customers. It seems like they just gave up. They don't care anymore. The grease is supposed to be... changed periodically. Seems like they use the same grease because the chicken tastes burned. The biscuits used to be soft andfluffy and HOT! The rest is on par as far as I know. All I can taste is that burned grease. I ordered a meal and with that came large sides and in one of my large sides (the coleslaw) there is a giant piece of plastic... (as you can see in the picture). When I got ahold of a manager (2days later) I was asked to bring it back so that she could seeit..which I did...she gave me a side of potatoes to replace it. I said "I think that there should be a little more done thanthat since I found plastic in my food"... She proceeded to replace my meal with old chicken that smelled like burnt grease, olddry potatoes (which, by the way, none of their sides have time or date stamps..and are supposed to) The next time I need chickenI will just take myself to Alexandria and go to Cane's because KFC in Pineville and Alexandria are both disgusting. I ordered a three-piece dark this is what I got. This is what my $9.33 bought. These are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have... ever seen in my life. I don't know if this is the way they are cutting the chicken these days, but what I do know is that I willnever ever go back to that Highway 28 East store again. You lost a customer KFC. I placed a quarter for reference and my ownfinger and I have small hands. This place should be ashamed to serve food like this. 25 minute wait for chicken at 7 45 on a Monday evening. All they serve is chicken. I haven't gone to KFC in over a decade. I... won't be returning to KFC. I would have given zero stars of it were an option. Read more
